Poetry Week

This week staff and children have been celebrating poetry throughout the School. We have read poems, performed poems and recited poems.

We were delighted to welcome the inspirational poet, Joseph Coelho, who engaged us with his descriptive verse. Ms English and Mr Medwin brought poems to life with ‘dramatic poetry' sessions and the week culminated in the final of our House Recitation Competition, judged by Mrs Angel, Head of English at Headington Prep School.

Well done to all our finalists and huge congratulations to our winners: Eva (Pre-Prep) JoJo (Juniors) and Alex (Seniors). Thank you to all our staff and parents for their support this week.
