Boarding Round-up
The boarders have had a ball in the Common Room this term playing Cranium, spoof, FIFA 18, pool, table tennis and air hockey.
They have entertained us with dancing, singing and common room gymnastics! We have watched films together and especially enjoyed Tuck night.
The girls have had fun with facemasks and make-up and have even bought themselves matching boarding bedding and pyjamas. Meanwhile, the boys have rough and tumbled with cushions and pillows!
This term we brought forward the start time of our evening activities to give boarders more time to enjoy the boarding experience. The change in timings has been very popular and the boarders have enjoyed the extra 'down time'.
Having chatted with the Boarding Council, we have decided to make a few changes to the boarders’ evening snack and will be introducing cheese and crackers and crumpets next term.
Thank you to all our boarders and the children who take part in evening activities for a fantastic term. I wish you all a very restful Easter break and am already looking forward to next term and the lighter evenings.
