Summer TED Task (based on the number 3)
Our inaugural Summer TED Task proved very popular with lots of children taking up the challenge and showing off their creations in assembly at the start of term.
Staff and children were amazed at the array of ideas – all based on the number 3. Examples of the ingenuity and original thinking on show included a great cooking video using three ingredients, an investigation into shapes made up by triangular magformers and finding out how to say the number 3 in many different languages.
The children all confidently explained what they had done and many reflected on how they had gone about their task and how happy they were with the results.
We were delighted with the time and effort everyone put into the TED Task and are looking forward to seeing what comes in when we set another task for the Christmas holiday!
