The Inn Spectors
Form I kick-started the Christmas season with an enchanting production, entitled 'The Inn Spectors'.
The children transported parents and grandparents straight to Bethlehem where the Inn Spectors are visiting the 5* Bethlehem Plaza. This luxury accommodation, including spa facilities, is fully booked but the Inn Spectors insist on carrying out a thorough inspection, vigorously singing "Everything has to be perfect, only the best for you and me."
Meanwhile Mary and Joseph arrive from Nazareth with their disgruntled donkey who complains that his job description doesn't say anything about independent travel! There is no room at the Inn so they rest up in the stable.
The Inn Spectors are not impressed to find a baby in a stable - not only is this a breach of health and safety but the wall paper is "so last year" and it completely lacks the Wow Factor!
The Shepherds and Wise Men join the gathering in the stable and the Inn Spectors declare that "the stable is fit for a king".
It was wonderful to see all the children performing with such energy and enthusiasm. Highlights included lively renditions of festive songs including, "Donkey sings the Blues", "There's not much to do when you're a sheep" and "It's easy when you're a star".
Thank you to Form I for your hard work and commitment and for getting us in the Christmas mood.
